UNINOVA Non-Vented Electrical Hard Hat with Visor – Type I Class E

The UNINOVA Non-Vented Electrical Hard Hat with Flip-Up Visor combines certified head protection, electrical insulation and convenient eye coverage in one streamlined safety helmet. It features a high-strength ABS shell, a six-point ratchet suspension, an adjustable chin strap and a choice of Clear or Smoke Visor.

• CERTIFIED TYPE I, CLASS E PROTECTION — The helmet is tested and certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E. Type I protection is designed for impacts to the top of the head. Class E helmets are electrically tested at 20,000 volts in accordance with the applicable standard. This test voltage is not a safe working-voltage rating.

• EN 397 AND EN 50365 CERTIFIED — Certified to EN 397, including low-temperature performance at -30°C, and EN 50365 for electrically insulating helmets. The certification documentation includes a 20 kV electrical test.

• NON-VENTED ABS SHELL — The high-strength ABS shell has no ventilation openings, helping maintain the helmet’s electrical-protection classification while providing dependable industrial head protection.

• FLIP-UP VISOR — The attached visor can be lowered for eye coverage or raised when it is not required. Choose a Clear Visor for general visibility or a Smoke Visor for bright working conditions.

• SIX-POINT RATCHET SUSPENSION — The internal six-point suspension helps distribute force and provides a secure, balanced fit. The rear ratchet knob allows convenient size adjustment.

• ADJUSTABLE CHIN STRAP — The included chin strap can be adjusted to help keep the helmet securely positioned during active work. Adjust the suspension and chin strap before entering the work area.

• COMFORTABLE LOW-PROFILE DESIGN — The streamlined shell and internal suspension provide a modern alternative to bulky traditional hard hats for construction, utilities, electrical maintenance, facility service and industrial operations.
