RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include the original packaging, labels, instructions, accessories, components, and proof of purchase.
Personal protective equipment that has been worn, used, contaminated, modified, assembled, subjected to impact, or otherwise placed into service is not eligible for return.
To request a return, contact us at orders@uninovasafety.com and include:
• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address.
Do not send products to our business registration address or any other address without prior authorization. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping when the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, size, color, model, or quantity, or when the product is no longer needed.
UNINOVA Safety Supply will cover reasonable return shipping costs when we confirm that:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged
• An item was missing from the shipment
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect
Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by UNINOVA Safety Supply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipments until they are received at the authorized return location.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of:
• The product
• The product packaging
• The outer shipping carton
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, replacement component, store credit, or refund.
Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, incorrect product selection, or use outside the product’s intended application is not considered a manufacturing defect.
EXCEPTIONS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law:
• Custom logo or personalized products
• Private-label products
• Made-to-order or specially manufactured products
• Products packaged, labeled, or barcoded to customer specifications
• Special-order colors, sizes, quantities, or configurations
• Items explicitly marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Opened disposable earplugs
• Opened masks, respirators, or hygiene-sensitive products
• Used, worn, washed, contaminated, altered, or damaged PPE
• Products missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or components
Custom logo and made-to-order products become final sale after artwork approval or once production begins.
PPE KITS
PPE kits must be returned unused and complete, with all original products, accessories, documentation, and packaging.
Partial kits or kits with missing, opened, used, or damaged components may be refused or refunded only for the eligible components received.
BULK AND COMMERCIAL ORDERS
Bulk, wholesale, commercial, contract, private-label, and custom orders require prior written return authorization.
Additional conditions may be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or artwork approval. Any restocking fee or special return condition will be disclosed before the order is accepted or before the return is authorized.
Custom, private-label, and made-to-order commercial products are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different product, size, color, model, or quantity is to request a return for the eligible item and place a separate order after the return is approved.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Requests to cancel standard in-stock orders may be submitted within 1 hour after the order is placed.
A cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, customization, or shipment may not be canceled.
Custom logo, private-label, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled after artwork approval or after production begins.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible consumer orders shipped to the European Union, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in effect.
Eligible customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions, including certain personalized products and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive products after opening.
Where applicable, these statutory rights take priority over conflicting provisions of this policy.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Return shipping costs, original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by UNINOVA Safety Supply or otherwise required by law.
