Built for forestry, arborist work, tree care and grounds maintenance, the UNINOVA 3-in-1 Forestry Helmet combines coordinated head, face and hearing protection in one jobsite-ready system.
The helmet features eight ventilation openings, an adjustable 6-point ratchet suspension, moisture-managing sweatband and chin strap. A flip-up metal mesh face shield helps provide a barrier against selected flying debris, while the included NRR 24 dB earmuffs help reduce workplace noise exposure.
3-IN-1 FORESTRY PROTECTION SYSTEM
This complete forestry helmet configuration includes:
• Vented safety helmet
• Metal mesh face shield
• NRR 24 dB hearing-protection earmuffs
The integrated setup allows workers to use coordinated head, face and hearing protection without assembling unrelated components.
8-VENT HELMET DESIGN
Eight ventilation openings promote airflow around the helmet to help reduce heat and moisture buildup during warm-weather work and extended shifts.
The smaller vent design maintains a clean, compact helmet profile while supporting airflow during forestry, landscaping and outdoor maintenance work.
This vented helmet does not provide electrical protection and should not be used where electrically rated Class E or Class G head protection is required.
6-POINT RATCHET SUSPENSION
The adjustable 6-point suspension distributes the helmet’s weight across multiple contact points for a balanced and stable fit.
The rear ratchet adjustment allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the helmet without removing it. Adjust the suspension before every use so the helmet remains secure without creating excessive pressure around the head.
ADJUSTABLE CHIN STRAP
The included chin strap helps keep the helmet properly positioned during bending, climbing and active work movements.
Adjust the chin strap before every use. The chin strap helps retain the helmet but is not a fall-arrest or fall-protection system.
FLIP-UP METAL MESH FACE SHIELD
The metal mesh face shield helps provide a barrier against selected wood chips, grass, brush and other coarse flying debris while maintaining airflow and visibility.
The face shield can be lowered during work and raised when it is not required.
A mesh face shield does not protect against fine dust, chemical splash or every impact hazard. Safety glasses or goggles may still be required based on the workplace hazard assessment.
NRR 24 dB EARMUFFS
The included earmuffs provide a Noise Reduction Rating of 24 dB when properly fitted and worn according to the product instructions.
The earmuffs can be lowered over the ears when hearing protection is required and raised when not in use.
Actual noise reduction depends on correct fit, continuous use, workplace conditions and proper maintenance.
MOISTURE-MANAGING SWEATBAND
The internal sweatband helps absorb moisture and improve comfort during extended wear and warm working conditions.
Clean and dry the sweatband according to the product instructions and replace it when heavily worn or damaged.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Inspect the helmet shell, suspension, chin strap, mesh face shield, earmuffs and attachment points before every use.
Do not use the product if any component is cracked, deformed, loose, heavily worn or otherwise damaged. Replace the helmet after a significant impact, even when visible damage is not present.
This product does not replace safety glasses, chainsaw-resistant leg protection, gloves, protective footwear or other PPE required by the workplace hazard assessment.
Use only compatible replacement parts and accessories. Do not drill, cut, paint or otherwise modify the helmet.
ANSI, face-protection and hearing-protection claims apply only when the model numbers on the helmet, face shield and earmuffs match the supporting test documentation.
