UNINOVA Low-Profile Vented ABS Hard Hat with 6-Point Suspension, Type I Class C

Built for construction, maintenance, industrial work and demanding outdoor jobsites, the UNINOVA Low-Profile Vented Hard Hat combines a durable ABS shell with eight ventilation openings, an adjustable 6-point ratchet suspension, moisture-absorbing sweatband and adjustable chin strap.

Its compact profile provides a secure, balanced fit without the bulk of a traditional full-brim hard hat. Integrated side slots also support selected compatible hearing and face protection accessories.

TYPE I CLASS C HEAD PROTECTION

Tested to meet applicable ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 requirements for Type I, Class C industrial head protection. The helmet has also been tested to meet applicable EN 397 requirements when confirmed by the matching test documentation.

Type I hard hats are designed to help protect against impacts to the top of the head.

Class C hard hats do not provide electrical protection and must not be used where Class E or Class G electrical head protection is required.

Standards and compliance claims apply only when the model number shown on the helmet label matches the supporting test documentation.

LOW-PROFILE ABS SHELL

The durable ABS outer shell provides a lightweight, jobsite-ready structure suitable for regular use in construction, maintenance and industrial environments.

The compact helmet profile sits lower on the head to support improved balance and a less bulky fit during active work.

Do not drill, cut, paint or otherwise modify the shell unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer.

8 LARGE VENTILATION OPENINGS

Eight ventilation openings promote airflow around the helmet to help reduce heat and moisture buildup during warm-weather work and extended shifts.

Because this is a vented Class C helmet, it does not provide electrical protection. The ventilation openings do not make the helmet waterproof.

6-POINT RATCHET SUSPENSION

The adjustable 6-point suspension distributes the helmet’s weight across multiple contact points for a more balanced and stable fit.

The rear ratchet adjustment allows workers to tighten or loosen the helmet without removing it. The adjustable sizing system fits hat sizes 6 1/2 to 8.

Adjust the suspension before every use so the helmet remains secure without creating excessive pressure around the head.

MOISTURE-ABSORBING SWEATBAND

The internal sweatband helps absorb moisture and improve comfort during long shifts and warm working conditions.

Clean the sweatband according to the product instructions, allow it to dry completely and replace it when heavily worn or damaged.

ADJUSTABLE CHIN STRAP

The included adjustable chin strap helps keep the helmet properly positioned during bending, climbing, overhead work and other active jobsite movements.

Adjust the chin strap before every use. The chin strap helps retain the helmet but is not a fall-protection or fall-arrest system.

Integrated side slots support selected compatible helmet accessories, including:
