UNINOVA Type I Class E Hard Hat – ANSI Z89.1 Non-Vented ABS Helmet with 6-Point Ratchet Suspension

The UNINOVA Type I Electrical Hard Hat combines a non-vented high-impact ABS shell, a six-point ratchet suspension and an adjustable chin strap with a high-contrast fluorescent yellow-green brim accent. It is designed for professional head protection in construction, utilities, industrial maintenance and other demanding work environments.

• CERTIFIED TYPE I HEAD PROTECTION — Certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I. Type I hard hats are designed to protect against impacts to the top of the head. Certification documentation covers Class E, Class G and Class C configurations. The protection class supplied is identified on the permanent label inside each helmet.

• ELECTRICAL CLASSIFICATIONS — The documented classifications include Class E, proof-tested at 20,000 volts, and Class G, proof-tested at 2,200 volts. These values are standard laboratory test classifications and must not be interpreted as safe working-voltage limits. Class C configurations do not provide electrical protection.

• NON-VENTED ABS SHELL — The helmet is manufactured with a high-impact ABS outer shell. Its non-vented construction supports use in applications requiring an electrically rated helmet when the supplied unit is labeled Class E or Class G.

• SIX-POINT RATCHET SUSPENSION — The internal six-point suspension helps distribute impact forces and supports a secure, balanced fit. The rear ratchet knob allows the wearer to adjust the helmet without removing it.

• ADJUSTABLE CHIN STRAP — An adjustable chin strap with a flexible chin cup is included to help keep the helmet securely positioned. Always adjust the suspension and chin strap before use.

• HIGH-CONTRAST BRIM ACCENT — The fluorescent yellow-green trim creates a distinctive, high-contrast appearance around the helmet brim. This color accent is not described as reflective or ANSI high-visibility rated unless separately documented.

• PROFESSIONAL WORK APPLICATIONS — Suitable for construction, utilities, electrical maintenance, industrial facilities, contractors and general workplace head protection when selected according to the jobsite hazard assessment.
